Starting from a place of sweet more than spice, and going from there. No barrel finishes, no gimmicks. Straightforward and balanced rye.

Batch 1 and 2 of the Project is in collaboration with Willett Family Estate. Wolves and Willett Master Distiller Drew Kulsveen selected barrels of 7 and 6 year straight Rye whiskey with a 74% Rye mashbill from House A, South Rick 14, and House H, South Rick 6. Between the the 51% Rye and the Family Estate Rye barrels, balance was found in a Willett-dominant blend and at 51.5% ABV for Batch 1 and 57.35% for Batch 2.
Benefits

Aged 6 years in new American oak for rich flavor development

Balanced blend combining low rye content and high rye mashbill barrels

No barrel finishes or added gimmicks for a straightforward whiskey

Collaboration selecting barrels ensures expert-crafted blend

Higher alcohol content options with 51.5% and 57.35% ABV batches

Related Searches

rye whiskey blended rye straight rye Willett whiskey aged rye blended straight rye whiskey 6 year aged rye whiskey Wolves Willett collaboration rye balanced American oak rye low rye content rye whiskey

https://flavorgo.shop/products/wolves-wolves-willett-distillery-collaboration-blended-straight-rye-750ml
