Perishable Products

Due to the nature of groceries, all food items are non-returnable unless:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect item received

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Non-Perishable Items

Non-food items may be returned within 7 days if unused and unopened.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them.
