7-Grain Cereal w/ Flaxseed, Non GMO

The texture is slightly heartier than your normal flaked grain cereal, as the flakes in this cereal are made up of whole grains. When fully cooked, the cereal tends to be a bit chewier.

And don't be afraid to use it in your baked goods too! Add it to your cookie or pancake batter, and to bread recipes for added fiber and goodness.

Cooking instructions: 2 to 1 ratio - one cup water to 1/2 cup cereal per serving. Bring water to a boil & add 1/4 tsp salt (optional). Stir in cereal & cook over medium-low heat for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

We have been eating this cereal for breakfast for several years 5 days a week and we LOVE it! Cook it with a cut-up date, some cinnamon and coconut. Add a bit of apple, some frozen berries! Fantastic!
