Bronze Chief wheat berries have plump kernels that bake up darker in color and are denser than white wheat, making them excellent for artisan-style bread and other baked goods.

The term "red" refers to the color of the wheat berries, which can range from light brown to deep red. 

Red Wheat Berries are packed with nutritional goodness:
